I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying a lovely room with a good size bathroom and a nice balcony. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from various restaurants and bars. However, there were some issues with the service, particularly in the way staff handled members, and the dining experience left a bit to be desired. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value for money was decent.

I found the rooms to be spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large bathroom and a lovely balcony. It was definitely pretty, although the smaller refrigerator was a bit of an odd setup.

The service could use some improvement; I felt like the staff wasn't really attentive and missed a few basics, like treating Hilton Honors members with more respect.

The location was excellent, close to everything with easy access to restaurants, bars, and the fashion square mall. It's a great hub for exploring the area.
